The PitG Somatic Movement Technique is a focus area under GBC's Play in the Grey (PitG) initiative. This module focuses on mindful movement as a catalyst for personal and professional expansion in our artistic & business practices. Participants engage in somatic inquiry to enhance body awareness, redefine boundaries, and explore risk-taking for growth. The track also emphasizes integrating somatic movement practices into daily life. It’s designed for anyone looking to build a deeper, more aligned connection with mind-body-spirit in relation to the world around them. Who is this program for: This self-paced program is for trauma-informed movers, creatives, educators, and arts leaders and entrepreneurs committed to divesting from old systems and societal norms and are ready to invest in the evolution of the organization, their communities and themselves. What's Included: This self-paced program features ten modules of workshop replays that were originally recorded between Oct. 2023-May 2024. Each module includes a transcript, workbook, and notes.
