About

The PitG Full Course is GBC's Play in the Grey (PitG) initiative. It contains Play in the Grey Philosphy, Somatic Movement Technique, Trauma-Informed Creative Practices, and Creative Tools & Practices. Overall, participants will learn to navigate the creative process with curiosity and compassion, emphasizing the value of both independent and collective creation. Through reflection, movement, and practical techniques, these workshops encourage individuals to embrace imperfection, break creative blocks, and develop sustainable creative habits in a compassionate, trauma-informed environment. Who is this program for: This self-paced program is for trauma-informed movers, creatives, educators, and arts leaders and entrepreneurs committed to divesting from old systems and societal norms and are ready to invest in the evolution of the organization, their communities and themselves. What's Included: This self-paced program features four tracks with ten modules of workshop replays each. That's forty workshops total that were originally recorded between Oct. 2023-May 2024. Each module includes a transcript, workbook, and notes. Sliding Scale Options: We use a sliding scale model for our work to encourage participants to reflect on their circumstances and lived experience to determine the best price point.
