Shake Your Nervous System - September 15th @ 6pm

     In the workshop, we will move our nervous systems as a way to understand how stress responses live in our bodies. In this combination lecture-experiential workshop, participants can expect to learn the science behind how stress, trauma and burnout lives in our bodies. Participants will be guided through an exploration of movement that leaves them with tools, practices, and reflections to further their curiosity about what shakes up our nervous system.This free workshop is made possible through the City of Tempe and the Museum Series Grant.
